Adopt an Animal

“Adopting an animal may not change the world, but it will change the world for that one animal” – unknown

We believe that every animal deserves a chance at a good life, regardless of whether they’re big or small, furry or scaly. Adopting a rescue animal is one of the most rewarding actions you can take as a pet owner – you are giving an animal with a sad history a chance at being loved as they should be.

For more on why adopting is so fantastic, read our blog post – COMING SOON – written by one of our volunteers who has adopted from us previously.

When you adopt from Jelly Exotics, you will be given the assurance that our animals are assessed appropriately and have undergone any necessary veterinary treatments and quarantine procedures – all* intakes are tested for internal parasites via veterinary faecal flotation tests and quarantined for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Your adoption pack will include:

  • Their Story & History
  • Jelly Exotics Activity Log
  • Copy of In-House Health Assessment
  • Veterinary History
  • Care Guide

*some fully aquatic species cannot be tested in this way
