Ready for rehoming…
Betty is a 7 year old, snow corn snake and is believed to be female. She was cared for by a lady that took her on after her owner sadly passed away. Betty was then surrendered to us, as her keeper wanted her to have a home that would appreciate her more.
Her previous enclosure was a 4ft wooden vivarium stood on its end, with a UVB coil bulb and Lignocel as a substrate.
Betty is a little overweight, but otherwise is in good health.
She has been perfect to handle, allowing us to remove her from the enclosure with no trouble.
A beautiful and friendly snake.
Betty will need a 4ft vivarium as a minimum, to allow space to exercise and move around. A caged, overhead heat source should be fitted with a suitable thermostat to maintain a warm-side temperature of 32C. The cool side should sit below 23C. A low-level UV bulb should be provided – 5-7% ideally. Betty is not yet eating regularly with us, but is offered a medium mouse every 2 weeks at the moment.
Our care guide for corn snakes can be found HERE.
