Times are becoming difficult; under the cost of living crisis, rescue centres are seeing huge increases in surrender applications and requests for support. The pressure on everyone in the rescue industry is immense and as a relatively small rescue, we find ourselves turning away surrender applications even more due to lack of space.

If you’re struggling to cover the cost of unexpected veterinary treatment, we offer an opportunity to apply for monetary grants towards the bill. We will discuss options with you and find a way to help that is in the best interest of you and your pets, as well as being sustainable for us.
Should you find yourself temporarily unable to care for your animals, we offer a service where a member of our team can visit your home to assist you. Whether you are at home and bed-bound, or having to make an unexpected trip away, we can help.
Building and setting up an exotic pets enclosure can be a confusing process, and sometimes you just need a second pair of hands to make it work. A member of our team can be available to help either over the phone, or in person, if required.
